The course is an introduction to quality tools. In taking the course, you will gain an understanding of several important quality tools and develop your skill and confidence in using them. You will also gain confidence in selecting and integrating quality tools to improve specific work processes you encounter in your day-to-day work and personal activities.

The course runs for 5 weeks starting September 11th and ends October 13th. All classes are conducted online. Each week a new learning module will be introduced to read and review, and includes study assignments that you complete at your own pace during that week. Each following week, solutions to the study assignments will be posted so you can check your work. There will also be opportunities to interact with your classmates in online discussion forums where you will evaluate and collaborate on quality-related topics.

The course fee is $99.00 and includes all class materials. There is an optional textbook if you desire to obtain it; however, all necessary study materials are available online on the course learning platform.
